Buying land can push a great feeling through your veins and give you chills. That’s only if you have made a good buy and will probably profit later on. But these days in the big cities, the price and interest rates of almost all real estate property is going up and it is already pretty high and the government doesn’t seem to stop with the property taxes. Places like Scottsdale landscape and the place I live, the price of land is pretty high.
If price of landscape continues to rise like this, not many people will be able to afford any land until they are 50 years old and with enough money from previous jobs from the past 30 years at least. But this is just my opinion but it is based on what I have seen around me and on the news. That fact can’t change one bit.
