I have said before that planning could mean how far you will go in the business world and in Life in general. Without planning what you will do in an hour or tomorrow or even 30 years from now, you won’t get too far. Everything you do is based on planning even if you made the decision 30 seconds before you do it, you actually planned it 30 seconds earlier. Well special needs trust has to do with planning for the really far future just incase something happens to you or your family member. If anything happens to you and you don’t leave anything for your family to live on, they will have a very hard time getting around.
If anything happened to any of my family members including my younger sibling, I would go crazy.
