Hamilton Beach® Mixer

Making food is something I can’t do very well. I can pop some cup noodles into the microwave and wait 90 seconds for it to be done and enjoy but that’s not great all time. My mother is the cook in the family and she’s been using mixers for some of the stuff she makes. She can bake cake pretty well so she uses the mixer to mix in the batter and flour. But recently I recommended an Eclectrics® Mixer which is a Hamilton Beach® Mixer. It is a pretty cool piece of hard ware because from the description, it can mix up nine dozen cookies at the same time. That is pretty amazing because 9 dozen is 96 cookies and not just 9 at a time. It also has 2-way rotating head to go deep and mix it all in. Usually heads that go just one way makes bubbles or messes up some part of it.

I have helped my mother bake a cake before and I do remember it a little bit. It was a pretty while back but it’s kind of clear to me still. She actually let me use the mixer for the first time for the cake mix and flour I believe and I was just holding and and making sure nothing falls out. I didn’t do to well in the beginning but I did it at the end, still nothing huge to be proud of but it was my first time, can’t complain about any mistake there. I think she might get the Hamilton Beach® Mixer and probably get the Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer to go along with it. And then I’ll see if she needs help baking another cake later on.
