Well as you may know about my Gaming Forum and its major success, it has gotten bigger and much better, especially today since I’ve updated and upgraded the forum and some functionalities of it. Well first the Game Review section is finally here. You will find reviews and information on new and old games. You can read the reviews by one of our Game Reviewers and get an opinion from someone that has played the game. You can save yourself money from buying a bad game or a game you wouldn’t like.

Reviews will be submitted by game review staff and sometimes even regular forum members. Curtains or Drapes as some people like to call it, can make the room look a bit more advanced and classy. How do I know that? I know because my mother told me. When you have guests come to your house and sit in the couch in your living room, the accessory they tend to notice the most in that room are the curtains there. But how do you hang up a curtain? Well you need curtain poles that hang on hangers above the windows and you just slip the curtains in.
At Terry’s Fabrics, they have good curtain poles along with curtains themselves. I recently moved a few months back and we had to get new curtains. It took us longer to find the little curtain pole than to get the curtains themselves. It was pretty tense and annoying, especially for my mother because the windows looked naked to her. But anyway, I wish I knew about Terry’s Fabrics earlier, then we could have avoided headaches.
An USB Flash Drive is a little pen like device that can store computer data in it. It may look like a circular pen or it can even look like a flat one. I have a flat one with a top on it so when you take it off, the USB connecter is present. Why should you get one? Well for a few reasons which you will find in the next paragraph.

Ever wonder where you can get yourself a credit card where you don’t have to pay any interest on balance transfers for at least a year? Well wonder no more because mint credit cards does exactly that for you. They offer you 13 monts without without any interest on balance transfers. But their one of very few restrictions include that you cannot transfer balances from other MINT and other Royal Bank of Scotland Group Card accounts. That isn’t much to ask because the average person th ese days have 2 or more credit cards.
With Mint Cards, you also don’t pay any interst on any purchases until May 2008. So later on when you’re shopping, you don’t have to worry about having enough money and when you don’t have enough money, you don’t have to worry about paying a big interest rate on that item to your credit card company after you’ve purcahsed it. That will be a great feeling and I May get myself that card soon. But unfortunately it only seems to be in the United Kingdom at the moment but I do plan to visit there and I’ll see what I can come up with.
Well everyone thought the Red Sox would get creamed and lose Game 5 and give up the series by 4 games to one. But as the Red Sox always do, they came back in Game 5 and won to take 2 games into their posession. The next game is tomorrow which is Game 6 and Red Sox HAS to win to keep their spirit alive and to keep in the Play offs. Without 2 more wins, there is no world series for the Red Sox.
The Red Sox won last nite with a score of 7 to 1 so you can see that they destroyed the Indians. Game 6 is tomorrow and hopefully Red Sox can do this two more times because any team that beats my favorite team, they shouldn’t go to the World Series. If you think that I am hating on the Indians, you are absolutely right. Well anyway good luck to the Red Sox for tomorrow, hopefully they won’t disappoint me like the Yankees have.
So what are bonds? Well you can call bonds as sort of an insurance that you can withdraw later on in time. It does increase in time but you have to get the bond from the right place and get the right type of bond. There are different types of bonds that include commercial bonds, contract bonds, court bonds, and fidelity bonds. You can also get a mortgage bond to help you pay for your mortgage when the time comes and you can’t afford to give them a check or pay the mortgage for that month.
Contract bonds are usually dealt with contracts. The name should be self explanatory. This includes when you work for someone or they work for you. You can use a payment bond to pay the person or get paid and then turn that bond into cash at your local bank or anywhere else that takes bonds. You can also get a construction bond that puts a little insurance on your construction project or on your contractor.
Another type of contract bond that is used a lot is the supply bond. It is used by project owners to secure payments to suppliers. You cannot go without paying the person that supplied you with equipment or even workers, they will come after you and if you don’t have a bond with that contract, you can face some legal problems there.
Well I am a vbulletin site owner and a license holder and yesterday, the vBulletin staff has upgraded their version of 3.6.8 to Patch Level 1. The original 3.6.8 had a few exploitable bugs that could ruin your forum. It would be more vulnerable to hacks and thankfully the vB staff have found out and fixed it soon.
I am still using 3.6.7 and that is still a stable version without any exploits. Later on today I will be upgrading the forum to 3.6.8 PL1. So if you are a forum member, watch out for down time. The forum has grown a lot and I do owe most of its success to the vbulletin software for bringing my forum more diversity and more members and best of all, it is much more SEO friendly.
If you own a vBulletin forum, just make sure to upgrade to PL1 especially if you have the original 3.6.8 version, you don’t want to get hacked, that could be the worst day of your webmaster life.
Well if you are looking forward to a career in being a stock broker you probably know that you need to take the Series 7 exam to determine if you can be in that field and it can even determine when and where you can get a job. Taking a Series 7 practice examination can help you understand and give you preparation for the real thing. One thing I know that will always get you a good grade is practice and that’s usually what I do before taking any big exam, well I do it even if I am going to take a small class exam.

That site is for the Long Island Institute of Finance and they have a lot more information on this test along with other tests and series that you will have to take. Without passing the test, you may have to give up your dreams of becoming a stock broker and that could mean giving up a lot of money.
As you may know I am a big baseball fan and I am a bigger Yankees fan. But unfortunately the Yankees were wiped out at game 4 versus the Cleveland Indians and after that I was hoping the Boston Red Sox would cream the Indians and go into the World Series. But as my luck as it, the Red Sox are trailing the Indians with 3 games to 1.
The Red Sox won the first game against the Indians but them they just lost the next three like they were nothing. The score looks like they didn’t even fight back which is pretty sad. But game 5 is tonight at 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. I probably won’t watch it since the Yankees aren’t in it but I will look for the score tomorrow and hope that it goes to Game 6 of the series.
And in other news, the Colorado Rockies have wiped out the Arizona Diamond backs with 4 games to none. They truly did make it far and they deserve to be here. Good luck to all the teams except the Cleveland Indians once again.
What do you do when big loan and mortgage companies throw their big words and terms at you and you have no idea what they mean? Well there is this thing called the mortgage dictionary and you can read it any time to get used to what it is about and what you can do to understand those big terms. Then at the end you will know if it is a good deal or if they are just trying to rip you off for your money. Any company trying to rip you off shouldn’t even be on your “will consider” list because you certainly won’t be on their “will consider” list when you need help and to answer your questions. This can and probably will prevent them from trying any tricks on you if you can show them that you know they mean and you know how to handle it.

You can also find a mortgage dictionary on there that covers all the common terms used such as appraisal and deferred Interest. You will find a lot of information there just like I did. The mortgage dictionary is what caught my attention because I do plan to buy a house of my own in the future and some of those words there, were not part of my vocabulary until now.
