What is a mortgage dictionary you ask? It is just a brief list of all the terms that you will hear of when you are discussing mortgages or reading about mortgages in a book or the internet. These terms can get confusing. These can also explains some of the aspects of mortgages such as interest rates and how long it will take you to pay of the mortgage.
Although I have never taken out a mortgage on anything, I know what it’s like for some people. Sites like TheTruthAboutMortgage.com can explain more of what I am trying to say. Mortgages affect everyone these days. You can read about the changes on the internet, the newspaper, or hear about it on the television. As you all know of the famous Band Metallica. They are at it again. This time they have sued Harmonix, Activision, and Red Octane for using one of their songs for their new video game Guitar Hero III.
Guitar Hero is a great game that appeals to everyone of all ages. And they decided to put a lawsuit against all three companies responsible for the game. This version of Guitar Hero was due to come out for all three next gen consoles, the Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii, and the Playstation 3.
Harmonix paid a licensing fee for that ONE song of Metallica that’s why people are confused on why Metallica would turn around and sue them all.
Metallica’s excuse was that they are afraid that their record sales would go down because their fans and consumers would easily get a hold of their “music” from purchasing a video game. COME ON!!! It’s one song and Metallica hasn’t made any albums in years. They always try to get more and more money by suing one company after another.
How low can Metallica Sink? That story just made me mad when I first heard it. What was your reaction?
I usually gave tips and info on loans here in the United States but I barely touched on the European or more closely, UK loans. UK is the United Kingdom. Loans there work almost the same way except the laws that enforce the rules and how the interest rates changes. Foreign Laws and rules about anything can be different and sometimes the opposite of what you usually do. But learning will only take away the ignorance. So I will try to learn about some other foreign country laws and rules and try to post back.
