I have posted here about Cellfish and their Free Ringtones and other free products that they give out to your cell phone. And if you send media from your phone to your cellfish account, you can specify where it goes as well.

Also as mentioned earlier, cellfish offers free ringtone downloads and videos and wallpapers and more. You can purchase credits of course for those big and non-free media but there are tons of free media available to you. You can download it straight into your phone with a click of a button.
