Steam Support WTF
Steam Support has about a dozen or so staff taking care of about 15 million clients. Well they probably get maybe a few hundred support tickets a day and peaks at probably a thousand and it is all being taken care by about a dozen or so staff members.
I am not sure how accurate my numbers are but I got these from the Steam Forums. Hopefully they are wrong and more than a dozen people take care of this. A LOT more than a dozen people. My Support ticket is coming up on its 7th day of being unsolved and hope they just respond soon.
